With the sauce hitting the head a few days earlier while watching the Irish put a hurting on the Wolfpack, YHC raised his hand to grab any Q available…    Little did one realize it was Halloween evening… Kids took over Cary as we passed dozens of youngsters dressed for Halloween candy success.

  • Off on a Mozy to a Cary Rock Pile


The Thang:  



  • Rock work: Press, curl, bent wing ext, bent row etc

  • Mozy to the longest hill in Cary at the fountain some dips and other along the way

  • 7s with Squats and Burpees on the hill

  • Mozy back hte long way for Mary
