We've seen Carpex grow for a few workouts a week to now more than 3 PER DAY! As our region grows and our workouts grow so do our relationships with one another. And along with that comes the 3rdF, the DYNAMITE, that ignites our region and community!
If you haven't been plugged in to the 3rdF yet use this guide to find a place to stretch your mind and spirit to look beyond yourself and into something greater. That's what FAITH is in F3 - not a specific religion or faith system, but simply a belief in something greater than yourself, such as community (and to some, a Creator).
COMMUNITY SERVICE
The Carying Place (TCP Sawgrass)
EO Sunday @ 2PM
Pax meet at Carying Place properties in Cary to perform lawn maintenance services. Afterwards the guys meet up for "a round of fellowship" at a local restaurant. Check the Slack channel #3rdf-carying-place-tcp to get plugged in!
Western Wake Crisis Ministry (Freed to Feed)
Every Weekend
Pax volunteer to go to the Apex Lowe's Food grocery, empty the collection bin, then take it to the WWCM storage unit to weigh it and store it. (Takes about 45 mins). Check the Slack channel #3rdf-wwcm-support to get plugged in!
Adopt-a-Highway (Chain Gang)
Once a Quarter (Saturdays @ 11AM)
Carpex has adopted Jenks Road in Apex from Hwy 64 to Hwy 55. Pax meet at the shopping center on Jenks/55 and pick up trash along the roadside. Check the Slack channel #3rdf-adopt-a-highway to get plugged in!
